· Sample & Mold

Q: Can I place a trial order or request just a few samples?
A: Yes, we accept sample and small trial orders.

As products are fully customized and not in stock, the unit cost for small quantities is higher—usually 3 times the bulk price.
If you later place a mass order, we'll recalculate the sample cost at bulk pricing and refund the difference.

Q: Can you develop a custom mold?
A: Yes. For large orders, we can cover part of the mold cost.

· Delivery time & after-sales service

Q:How long will you finish the production?
A:For small orders, the lead time is generally 10–20 days after the drawing is confirmed.
For larger orders, the delivery time depends on the product's complexity and quantity, and will be negotiated between both parties.

Q: Can defective products be replaced for free?
A: Yes. We will replace any defective products at no cost to you. If the situation is urgent, we will arrange immediate shipment of replacements.
